Shopping with us is a breeze! Just browse our broad range of products and add the item(s) you decide to purchase to your Shopping Cart. When you are ready to make a purchase, click the 'Shopping Cart' button and follow the prompts to 'Checkout'. We strongly recommend that you create an account with us as it is a quick and easy process and allows you to track the progress of your order/s and make a wishlist of products you love. We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that we have received your order and another one when your order has been dispatched.

Sorry but we currently only deliver to Australia and do not provide International delivery.
For most of your purchases with PartyDIY, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. You can also view the delivery status of your order in your Online Account. Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers and may not have a tracking number.
Within Australia, we use Australia Post for all local deliveries.
We require your signature to ensure the security of your order unless you have instructed PartyDIY during the online checkout process that you would prefer an ‘Unattended Delivery’. Risk and title in the goods are the recipient's own responsibility if unattended delivery is selected.
If you are not home at delivery, Australia Post will leave a card notifying you that they have been and provide details for you to collect your order personally at a selected post office. Alternatively, as outlined above you can instruct us to have your order left unattended however please be reminded that risk and title in the goods pass to the recipient upon delivery if you select unattended delivery.
Standard deliveries to Australia below $60 will incur a flat rate delivery cost of $9.95. Standard deliveries over $60 are free of charge within Australia. Express delivery within Australia is optional at a cost of $9.95 for orders over $60 and $19.95 for orders under $60 within Australia.
It depends on the availability of the products you purchase, and delivery may take from 5 to 14 business days. However, in most cases, delivery will be made within two weeks. Sure. The easiest and fastest way to amend your purchase on PartyDIY is to contact us at sales@www.partydiy.com.au. We aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible therefore if your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes.
We advise you to contact us immediately if you find your items faulty or damaged, in this instance we may send you a replacement or issue a refund promptly. For more details regarding refund and replacement, please see our Return Policy.
Unfortunately no. As we are a DIY party supplier we provide the supplies deflated and securely flat packaged enabling you to have the enjoyment of setting everything up to your specific design which also allows PartyDIY to keep its costs low for you.
